Yaragudipadi Venkata Mahalakshmi (born December 13, 1952), popularly known as Lakshmi, a veteran of 650 films, made her debut with the Tamil film Jeevanaamsam in 1968. She worked in the films across the languages.

She is the only actress who has won the Filmfare Award for best actress in all five major film industries, namely Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
