Firdaus Dadi was born on July 26, 1976, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, into a middle-class family. Specific details about her early life and family remain undisclosed. She grew up in Mumbai and also completed her schooling there.
Firdaus debuted in films when she was still a teenager with the action thriller Tahalka (1992). She played Dolly, the daughter of Major Krishna Rao, played by Mukesh Khanna. The film, directed by Anil Sharma, featured a star-studded cast, giving her initial exposure.
